425 Park Ave.

425 Park Avenue will provide 667,000 square feet of office space with a new restaurant on the ground floor. This billion-dollar project, an 897-foot-tall, 47-story commercial skyscraper in Midtown East, will be the first full-block tower on Park Avenue in over 50 years. This impressive new addition to the area showcases the industry-leading training, safety, and quality that union contractors and the New York City District Council of Carpenters bring to every project. NYC District Council of Carpenters Volunteers – Rebuilding Puerto Rico

Heart 9/11 (Healing Emergency Aid Response Team 9/11) has been sending volunteer teams to assist in rebuilding communities throughout Puerto Rico since Hurricane Maria’s devastation. These past few months, union carpenters from the NYC District Council of Carpenters have worked together with local first responders to assist in rebuilding homes, repairing roofs and restoring communities throughout the island.
