Exterior work at 3ELEVEN, located at 601 West 29th Street near Hudson Yards, is nearing completion. The 60-story, 695-foot-tall residential skyscraper will yield 935 units with 235 of them designated for affordable housing. The structure will also include 15,000 square feet of retail space as well as multiple resident lounges and many amenities. CCA Metro brought union carpenters and contractors together with the local community organization Green Thumb at Paradise Community Garden on Earth Day to build over 20 garden beds and a 10×10 platform with an ADA ramp.
